• This event is not being held at the same location as the NAAE Convention.  Sonia Sotomayor High School is located about 25 miles from Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk, where the NAAE Convention will be held.  Participants are responsible for transportation to and from Sonia Sotomayor High School. 

Participant Lodging & Meals

Registration includes lunch on both days. Participants are responsible for lodging, ground transportation, and evening meals. 

 

Miscellaneous Details

Case 4 Learning has a room block available for teachers wishing to stay closer to the event.

This room block is available from Sunday, December 1, 2024, to Tuesday, December 3, 2024.

There are limited hotel rooms at each of the hotels, so please book early.
