Application Process

The event will be limited to 20 participants, and selection will be based on Selection Criteria and not a traditional first-come, first-serve style. Application closes on September 10, 2024. Applicants will be notified of their selection status on September 17, 2024 via the personal email provided. At that time, they must complete the provided registration link before October 7, 2024 using a credit card or purchase order. Alternates will be selected to fill additional seats as needed.

Selection Criteria

  • Location - This event is only open to teachers in Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, Tennesse

Interested individuals must complete the AHVS Application.

Event Start Date:  Jan 31 at 10:00 am      

Event End Date:  Feb 1 at 3:00 pm

Registration Price: $650 (all selected applicants receive a $300 scholarship)

Lunch is included in the registration fee.
