Effective January 1, 2025, lodging and meal costs are no longer included in registration costs. Host accommodations are optional and payable to the third-party vendor, as detailed below.
Lodging Location: Peoria (Arrowhead) at Hampton Inn, 8405 W Paradise Lane, Peoria, AZ 85382
Lodging Price: $134/night
Hotel Block Reservation Link: CASE AFNR PD
Description: The group rate of $134 per night for either a queen/queen or king bed with pullout sofa guestroom. Guests should make their reservations by the cutoff date (15 days prior to arrival). After the cut-off date, all rooms that are not reserved by the group will be placed back into our inventory. There is no financial responsibility on their end or deposit required. The rate includes breakfast, parking and WIFI. The cancellation policy is 48 hours for individual reservations.
Lunch & Dinner: During the in-person component, participants receive daily lunches and one evening meal from the host.
Travel: Not included with registration.
