Participant Lodging & Meals

Effective January 1, 2025, lodging and meal costs are no longer included in registration costs. Host accommodations are optional and payable to the third-party vendor, as detailed below.

Description: Dorm, Breakfast, and Lunch Package. Request actual sheets and towels; have participants bring a small fan. Single or Double available. Ability to come in early and or stay after training, any extra payments will need to be taken care of individually for the extra payment. Payment for housing for Sunday - Thursday will be paid to AANRE.

Lunch & Dinner: During the in-person component, participants receive daily lunches and one evening meal from the host.

Travel: Not included with registration.
