Effective January 1, 2025, lodging and meal costs are no longer included in registration costs. Host accommodations are optional and payable to the third-party vendor, as detailed below.

Lodging Price: Single $138/Night plus tax and Double $148/Night plus tax.
A 10% tax will be added unless a valid Tax Form is provided in advance.
Description: Booking MUST occur no later than May 14, 2025 - after that date, rooms will be released back to the general public. Rooms are reserved from Sunday, June 8th - Friday, June 13th. Extensions can be made, but the cost may change for those dates.
Guests enjoy a complimentary full hot buffet breakfast daily and a light entrée dinner which includes wine and beer Monday – Thursday.
Lunch & Dinner: During the in-person component, participants receive daily lunches and one evening meal from the host.
Travel: Not included with registration. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport. This includes securing a shuttle service, rideshare, taxi, or other means of travel to ensure timely arrival and departure from the training location. Please plan accordingly to accommodate your schedule.
